"For I was hungry and you gave me food,
I was thirsty and you gave me drink,
a stranger and you welcomed me."
You will find outside our Blessed Pope John Paul II Perpetual Adoration Chapel a unique sculpture intitled, "Whatsoever You Do" ...take a look and recall His words, "Whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers and sisters, that you do unto Me." Matthew 25:40
Now, take a closer look. Enter into the heart of Jesus. Imagine Jesus (pictured above), now turned upside down. When Gayle Greene accidentally looked at the picture of the face of Jesus turned upside down, she discovered something beautiful. Concealed in His face is a clear image of an unborn child. The artist did not intentionally place the image there. Isn't God's "coincidence" marvelous? For us, as life turns us upside down at times, know that Jesus holds us, loving and nurturing, from conception.
Come to Christian Service as a stranger or a friend and know you were loved then and you are loved now. Come visit and find a friend, the Face of Jesus, willing to hold you!
